Construction Progress
Photography Melbourne.
Professional aerial construction photography for commercial, mixed-use
and major development projects across Melbourne and Victoria.
Construction progress photography documents your project from the air — from first earthworks through to practical completion. A systematic visual record that protects your interests, keeps stakeholders informed, and builds your portfolio.
More than photos. A project record that works for you.
Construction progress photography delivers a dated, high-resolution aerial archive of your project at every stage. For commercial and mixed-use developments in Melbourne, that record has genuine operational, financial and legal value.
Investor & Lender Reporting
Professional aerial imagery packaged and delivered to your schedule — ready to drop into monthly drawdown reports, board presentations, and finance updates without additional processing.
Progress Claim Support
Dated aerial photographs that verify milestone completion at each stage of your build. Clear, defensible visual evidence that supports progress claims and removes ambiguity from payment schedules.
Marketing & Sales Assets
Construction-phase aerial photography that feeds directly into your sales and marketing program — project hoardings, social content, presale campaigns, and handover documentation.
Stakeholder Updates
Consistent aerial updates for government authorities, planning bodies, owners corporations, and joint venture partners — delivered on time, every time, in the format you need.
Dispute Protection
A chronological aerial archive that records site conditions at every visit. In the event of a dispute — with a subcontractor, insurer, or authority — a dated visual record is your strongest asset.
Project Portfolio
A professionally documented build from ground-break to completion. Commercial developments documented by Aerial Now have been used in award submissions, tender packages, and firm capability statements.

Monthly, quarterly, or as-needed — structured around your project.
Every construction project has a different documentation rhythm. We offer three standard schedules, and can tailor a program to match your reporting obligations, finance milestones, or sales timeline.
Monthly
A scheduled aerial shoot each month, locked to the same angles from the first visit. Ideal for multi-year commercial builds with ongoing investor reporting, lender drawdowns, or regular stakeholder updates. Fixed price per visit.
Quarterly
Four shoots per year aligned to quarterly reporting cycles. Well-suited to large-scale mixed-use or staged developments where the documentation cadence follows a financial calendar rather than a construction program.
Ad-Hoc
Single or occasional shoots tied to specific milestones — structural completion, topping out, facade installation, or practical completion. Booked as needed with no ongoing commitment. Regional Victoria quoted on request.
Simple to set up. Zero management overhead.
We handle the scheduling, airspace, and delivery. Your team receives dated, labelled images in the format you need — without having to coordinate a photographer on site.
Tell us about your project.
Contact us with your site address, project type, and documentation requirements. We’ll confirm coverage, pricing, and schedule within one business day. Regional Victoria quoted on request.
We lock in your reference angles.
The first visit establishes the camera positions and angles that will be replicated on every subsequent shoot — so your images are directly comparable across the life of the project.
Images in your inbox within 48 hours.
Dated folders, labelled by angle and shoot number. High-resolution files ready for lender packages, board reports, and marketing use — no chasing, no delays.
Same process. On schedule.
We manage the shoot schedule and notify you before each visit. No weather delays — if a drone can’t fly, we send a fixed-wing aircraft. Your documentation program never misses a beat.
Construction progress photography — answered.
What types of construction projects do you document?
Primarily commercial, mixed-use, and major residential developments in Melbourne. We also work on industrial estates, retail centres, public infrastructure, and staged subdivisions. Regional Victoria is available on request and quoted individually.
How quickly are images delivered?
All images are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot, in a labelled folder structure organised by date and angle. We can accommodate faster turnarounds for time-sensitive reporting requirements — ask us when enquiring.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
Nothing. We operate both drones and fixed-wing aircraft. If conditions prevent drone operations — wind, rain, low cloud — we dispatch a manned aircraft instead. Your documentation schedule is never disrupted by weather.
Can you photograph sites in restricted airspace?
Yes. We hold a CASA ReOC (Remote Operator Certificate) and manage all airspace authorisations and NOTAM requirements. Urban Melbourne and areas near airports are within our operational scope.
What format are the images delivered in?
High-resolution JPEG files, typically 20–50MP depending on platform and altitude. We can provide RAW files on request. We do not produce maps, orthomosaics, or spatial data products.
Do you cover sites outside Melbourne metro?
Yes, with a quote. Regional Victoria projects — Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, the Latrobe Valley, and further — are available on request. Travel costs and scheduling requirements are confirmed before the program begins.
